Blending Trials: 2019 Labourier + Lambretta

3:00 pm-6:00 pm

With superhuman discipline in monastic silence (for the first 5 minutes, anyway), we’ll assess all the traditional Labourier parts (Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah), and then we’ll concoct a few possible blends, trying to build the perfect Labourier.

If we have time afterward, and everyone’s feeling safe, we’ll move on to the Lambretta, our blend of Cab Sauv and Sangiovese.

Because of social distancing, this is only open to 4 people total. As with our Pinot trials earlier this year, we’ll try to keep masks on except when we’re tasting.

  • 4 people max (including Matt)
  • Assume 2 to 3 hours
  • No perfume, cologne, etc, please
