Blending Trials: 2019 Peugeot
With superhuman discipline in monastic silence (for the first 5 minutes, anyway), we’ll assess all the traditional Peugeot parts (Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, Merlot and Syrah), and then we’ll road test a few possible blends, trying to find a sum greater than the parts.
Because of social distancing, this is only open to 4 people total. As with our Pinot trials earlier this year, we’ll try to keep masks on except when we’re tasting.
- 4 people max (including Matt)
- Assume 2 to 3 hours
- No perfume, cologne, etc, please
