Bottling: 2018 Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir bottling:
This bottling of Pinot Noir is required attendance if you’re a shareholder. But why would you want to miss it anyway: these beautiful wines will go home with you!
- All Pinot Noir shareholders must attend. Non-shareholders welcome, too, and will be tipped out.
- Assume 2 to 2.5 hours of bottling mania, followed by celebration
- Wear comfortable shoes and bring clothing you can get a little winey
- Bring a side dish or dish to share at the potluck immediately following bottling
- Please make plans to take away your shares on this night or the day after!
Potluck note: please make a note in the comments below about what you’re bringing. If you don’t know right now, that’s fine, but please log back in to this event and leave a note here when you do.
Note: unlike maintenance shifts, please sign up every person attending (that is, 1 if only you; 2 if you’re signing up for both you and the person with whom you’re splitting a share).

If Mike’s in town, I’ll bring him!
Green beans with sliced almonds and lemon in brown butter
Some kind of sweets. Something sweet and chocolatey for dessert, that might taste nice with older Pinots…
Radicchio, roasted sweet potato and fennel salad with cashew dressing.
Greek salad. And I’ll bring a 2012 Thomas Pinot.
Gnocchi with pesto
Will also bring Jen and Quinn to lend a hand.
