2+2This event open ONLY to Garagistes who are 2+2 vaccinated
(that is, it’s been 2 weeks since your second shot). If you’re not vaccinated yet, no worries – there will be another event soon!

Important notes:

We’ll assemble a small crew to get everything ready for bottling:

• Clean and set up the bottler
• Organize the basement for bottling, including moving variables into place
• Prep other areas if time permits

Since both wines will already be in variables, we should only need a little more than an hour to get all this ready.

For this event:

• Please bring your mask. You may not have to use it, but it’ll be good to have as a backup.
• Assume 1-1/4 hours of prep, at which point we’ll all join the full bottling crew
• Wear comfortable shoes and bring clothing you can get a little winey

COVID-19 NOTE: Vaccinated or not, if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or sudden loss of sense of smell, PLEASE STAY HOME.
