CRUSH: 2021 Merlot
2+2This event open ONLY to Garagistes who are 2+2 vaccinated (that is, it’s been 2 weeks since your second shot).
This time it’s 1000 lbs or so of Merlot, our first experience with this grape from Coyote Canyon. It promises to be luscious. Because this is a red grape, we’ll be processing but not pressing.
We’ll all be vaccinated, and we’ll either be outside or have doors and windows open, but feel free to wear a mask for extra safety.
- Need 8 people total (including Matt)
- Bring a mask you’re comfortable wearing
- Wear shoes or boots you can get wet
- Bring a post-crush snack to share if you’re able
