Rack off gross lees: Shift #1

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

To ensure our wines stay healthy over the long winter, we’ve got to rack our newly minted wines off their gross lees. We’ve also got to juggle what goes where so every wine ends up in its best container.

Can you help? This is the first of 3 short sessions to work through all the wines a bit at a time.

  • Need 3-4 people total (including Matt)
  • Assume 2 hours
  • Bring rubber boots and clothing you can get a little winey
