[ CANCELLED: Rack Syrah + Grenache ]
NOTE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. Of course, this stuff still has to be done, but we’ll set up new events to do it.
Regular share wine maintenance:
We’ll be racking the Syrah and the Grenache to help soften tannins and clarify the wines. There may be a few minor winery tasks to cross off the list as well.
- Need 4 people total (including Matt)
- Assume 2 to 2.5 hours
- Bring rubber boots and clothing you can get a little winey
- Bring a snack to share if you like (optional)
Note: if you are in fact two (for example, you’re a couple splitting shares), please sign up as 1 even if both of you are going to come. And if that’s the case (more than one of you will attend), please note that in the comments below.
