2+2Vintage 2021 open ONLY to Garagistes who are 2+2 vaccinated

It’s time!

We’ve got a contract for Horse Heaven Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Viognier, and I’m working on Pinot for us as well. So we’ve got high quality fruit and the will to use it.

Are you in?

As in years past, there are two kinds of shares:

Regular Share
Minimum: 2 shares
$125/share

This will get you a juicy share of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah – and maybe a Cab/Merlot blend if the spirit moves us. These wines will be bottled somewhere around August, 2022.

Side Bet
Only in addition to 2+ Regular Shares
$125/share

So far, we have luscious Viognier confirmed, to be bottled in April, 2022. Pinot may/will come later, but for now, this order form is for a Viognier side bet only.

Fine print

As always, your sign up for shares acknowledges that your understand this is agriculture in a changing world, and things may happen that will affect the amount of wine you ultimately receive – and you’re cool with that. Coo coo cool.

It also obligates you to play nice with others by holding up your end of the community winemaking bargain:

1. prompt response to organizer emails trying to wrangle all of us into an activity (even if it’s “I’ll have to get back to you.”). Communicating with Matt really, really makes his job easier.
2. participation in at least one (1) crush;
3. sign-up for at least two (2) punchdown shifts (and putting them immediately on your calendar)
4. sign-up for two (2) racking or topping shifts (and putting them immediately on your calendar)
5. if you find you can’t make a shift you’ve signed up for, you will proactively find someone to replace you.
6. mandatory attendance at our two bottlings (April and August of 2022).
7. you’ll pick up your wine (or make arrangements to do so) no later than a week after it is bottled. Please!
