Important notes:

While Matt is away, you’ll check all our four reds (in both barrel and carboy) to make sure each is topped up to minimize oxygen contact. There may be one or two extra maintenance chores as well.

  • Need 2 people total
  • Assume about an hour
  • Bring rubber boots and clothing you can get a little winey
