MVD defines, gives naughty character. Best of our Ls so far
A rich and fecund nose – you can really smell the Mourvèdre in it. Lovely in the mouth, great fruit but the Mourvèdre gives it character, complexity, a little rusticity, a little naughtiness. In fact, the Mourvèdre is the lead in this play. Easily the best Lab we’ve ever made, brooding but not murky or muddy (thanks in part to the Syrah/Viognier component, which shines some light and optimism into the darkness). Really great. 3.70pH
