Bottling: 2018 Whites (and Rosés)
White and Rosé shares bottling:
This bottling of Viognier, Roussanne, Rosato and Mourvèdre Rosé is required attendance if you’re a shareholder. But why would you want to miss it anyway: these beautiful wines will go home with you!
- All white and rosé wine shareholders must attend. Non-shareholders welcome, too, and will be tipped out.
- Assume 2 to 2.5 hours of bottling mania, followed by celebration
- Wear comfortable shoes and bring clothing you can get a little winey
- Bring a side dish or dish to share at the potluck immediately following bottling
- Please make plans to take away your shares on this night or the day after!
Potluck note: please make a note in the comments below about what you’re bringing. If you don’t know right now, that’s fine, but please log back in to this event and leave a note here when you do.
Note: unlike maintenance shifts, please sign up every person attending (that is, 1 if only you; 2 if you’re signing up for both you and the person with whom you’re splitting a share).

I will bring some sort of meat/main dish.
I will definitely bring something…what that something is has yet to be determined.
We will bring A potluck dish too.
As an update, I am making a gluten free fish dish and a corn side.
I will bring an appetizer, most likely crostini bianchi (ricotta and anchovy canapés)
We will bring leek potato soup.
