AM wine maintenance

7:00 am-10:00 am

This is a morning punchdown/wine maintenance shift. You can let yourself in and do it any time between 7-10am as long as it gets done in the morning.

All Garagistes must sign up for at least one punchdown/wine maintenance shift, so if this window of time looks good to you, grab it!

But feel free to arrange a time with Matt for an in-person tutorial – just give him 24 hours’ notice.
