Bottling: 2017 Blends
Regular share bottling:
We’ll be bottling our 2017 blends – the Peugeot and Lambretta – so it’s all hands on deck, people!
- All Garagistes must attend! And eat! And drink! And do a little tasteful dance!
- Assume 2 to 2.5 hours of bottling mania, followed by celebration
- Wear comfortable shoes and bring clothing you can get a little winey
- Bring a side dish or dish to share at the potluck immediately following bottling (and make a comment below about what you’re thinking of bringing so everyone can plan accordingly)
- Please make plans to take away your shares on this night or the day after!
Note: Unlike wine maintenance shifts, please indicate how many people you’ll be, even if you’re splitting a share with someone.
