Bottling: 2018 Reds
Regular share bottling:
We’ll be bottling our 2018 reds – everything that didn’t go into the Peugeot, Labourier and Lambretta for over-wintering – so it’s all hands on deck, people!
- All Garagistes must attend! And eat! And drink! And do a little tasteful dance!
- Assume 3 to 3.5 hours of bottling mania, followed by celebration
- Wear comfortable shoes and bring clothing you can get a little winey
- Bring a side dish or dish to share at the potluck immediately following bottling
- Please make plans to take away your shares on this night or the day after!
Note: Unlike wine maintenance shifts, please indicate how many people you’ll be, even if you’re splitting a share with someone.

Not sure whatI’ll make yet but will drop a note here when I figure that out.
Unfortunately I’m stuck in Minnesota for work. Sad to miss out!
I will be back in PDX late Monday night and will plan on picking up my shares on Tuesday!
Will be arriving from vacation, will join as soon as I can!
Regrets! I will be out of town, but will be back Sunday afternoon to pick up shares.
I will be there. I hope to bring steak tartare as my contribution to the potluck…
I will come at the bottling but I wont be able to stay for the potluck afterwards.
I think I’ll bring quinoa, chick pea, herb, etc. salad/side. I believe it will be vegan and gluten free for those who care about such things.

I plan to bring a vegetarian potluck dish.
I’m not seeing a meat dish so will make something chicken-ish.
Fried chicken sliders, will try my hand at fried cauliflower for the non-meat eaters.
