Bottle Lambretta
This will be our first COVID-19-tinged bottling, so there will be some R&D for this one: how well does bottling run with just 5 people? Luckily, there’s only about 11 cases of Lambretta, so even if it’s slow going, it won’t take too long. I’m thinking one person each:
- prepping bottles for bottler; cleaning corked bottles and hefting upstairs
- running the bottler
- corking
- putting on main labels upstairs
- putting on top labels upstairs
Please indicate in the comments if you can come a little early to help set up – I need 1 person.
- Need 5 people total (including Matt)
- Assume 2.5 hours of bottling mania
- Bring a mask you’re comfortable wearing for that long
- Bring rubber boots and clothing you can get a little winey
COVID-19 NOTE: to stay as safe as possible, we’ll try our best to follow established guidelines: wear masks throughout; try to stay 6′ apart whenever possible; use as few people as possible; require anyone with a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or sudden loss of sense of smell, to stay home. We’ll keep the back door open for a little air circulation. Still, there are no guarantees: if you have any reservations (totally understandable), please don’t sign up for this event.

Trying to sign up but says there are not enough spaces available
Yow! Looks like we have enough people, thanks though, Dave!
I see now that Jeremy snuck in ahead of me. Let me know if you need another hand, willing to work outside or upstairs.
Will do, Dave. Thanks!
