Two noble and totally hot Garagistes will come a little early and help me get everything set up for our bottling later in the afternoon. The objective: be ready to fill the first bottle when everyone arrives at 3pm.

Aside from getting the bottler set up and pallets in place, our big task will be concocting the Peugeot blend our compatriots settled on back on the 12th. In a nutshell, we’ll build about 40 gallons worth of the blend into a variable, then rack that into a barrel for slumber until we bottle it with our whites Spring 2025.

Then we’ll prep the rest for bottling.

• Need 4 people total (including Matt)
• Assume 3 hours of cleaning, arranging, setting up
• The Garagistes will buy us lunch
• Wear comfortable shoes and bring clothing you can get a little winey
