(Note: this event is for Pinot Noir side bet shareholders only)

We’ll be filtering the Pinot Noir in preparation for its bottling. Most of the work in filtration is setting up (or “seasoning”) the filter and its filter pads; once that’s done, filtering the wine itself is pretty quick. We’ll be passing the Pinot through 2 filters; we’ll need to decide whether we want to gamble and do both filters in one run (running the risk of them clogging), or spending the additional time to season 2 separate filter runs.

• Need 3 people total (including Matt)
• Assume 2+ hours
• Bring rubber boots and clothing you can get a little winey
• Bring a snack to share if you like (optional)
