Wine health: Topping
For this volunteer shift, we’ll check all our wines – Cab Sauv, Merlot, Syrah and Franc – to make sure each is topped up to minimize oxygen contact.
I’ve indicated “All Day” for this activity not because it’ll take that long, but because you can do it any time Saturday that you and your co-volunteer agree on. I’m happy to drop in and get you started if you can give me enough notice.
- Need 2 people total
- Assume about an hour
- Bring rubber boots and clothing you can get a little winey
