Good Franc character, but a tad watery at the core
Not much nose when I tried it. More integrity and Franc-i-ness than the 2013, a nice amount of tannin and acidity, a kind of candy-floral in the mouth. A little watery at the core, and not much finish. Hopefully, another year for the water to integrate and this’ll be a nice Franc (for Elephant Mtn).
