Rich, balanced, just the right amt of oak. Our best?

Dark dark dark! Rich, lovely cabernet nose, with ripe bell pepper and some lead pencil thrown in. Wow. Really firing on all cylinders now. Dark fruit, long finish. The tannins are emery board smooth, but I’d guess in a year or so they’ll be truly velvety. To me, this has the right amount of oak: enough to add just a vanillin note singing in concert with the others, and a little tannin, but not so much it calls attention to itself. 3.72pH
